ExitValue.ai provides estimated business valuation ranges for informational purposes only. The Service uses publicly available market data, proprietary transaction databases, and algorithmic analysis to generate valuation estimates based on user-provided inputs.

3. Important Disclaimers

THE VALUATIONS PROVIDED BY THIS SERVICE ARE ESTIMATES FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THEY ARE NOT FORMAL APPRAISALS.

  • Valuation estimates should not be relied upon for legal, tax, lending, litigation, or transaction purposes.
  • The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or professional appraisal services.
  • Results are based on industry averages and user-provided data which has not been independently verified.
  • Actual business value depends on many factors not captured by this tool, including but not limited to: specific assets and liabilities, contracts, working capital, intellectual property, real estate, customer relationships, and deal structure.
  • For a certified business appraisal, consult a qualified professional appraiser holding a CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst), ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation), or ASA-BV (American Society of Appraisers — Business Valuation) credential.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXITVALUE.AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service;
  • Any reliance placed on valuation estimates provided by the Service;
  • Any transaction entered into based in whole or in part on information from the Service;
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExitValue.ai and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its valuation methodology, transaction database, and user interface, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without express written permission.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
