2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide valuation estimates: Your business information is processed by our valuation engine to generate results. This processing happens in real-time and is not stored permanently unless you create an account.
- To connect you with advisors: If you opt in to our advisor matching service, we share your contact information and business summary with vetted M&A advisors in your industry and geography.
- To improve the Service: Aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us improve our valuation methodology and user experience.
- To communicate with you: If you provide your email, we may send transactional emails related to your valuation or advisor match. You can opt out at any time.
3. What We Do NOT Do
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We do not use your data for AI model training. Your business financial data is not used to train machine learning models.
- We do not share your financial data with anyone without your explicit consent (e.g., opting into advisor matching).

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

- Encrypted storage for any persisted data
- Access controls limiting who can view user data

Valuation inputs are processed in real-time and are not stored unless you create an account. Lead capture form submissions are retained for up to 24 months or until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default retention settings (14 months).

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
